Production Operator - Bakery

About the role

Tip Top Bakeries, an iconic Australian bakery brand owned by George Weston Foods, is looking for energetic and reliable full-time and part-time Production Operators in Springwood, Queensland. Immediate starts are available, with roles in the Rolls and Bread departments covering packing, production and weighing. Pay is $28.48-$34.18 per hour including shift penalties, with overtime opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation
• Inspect products for quality and consistency
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Record production data and report any issues

Required profile

• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a safety mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
• Good communication and teamwork
• Physically fit, able to lift up to 20kg
