Production Labourer – Fiberglass Pipe Manufacturing

About the role

Join a leading supplier of fibre‑glass pressure piping systems for underground water and sewerage networks. This casual position offers a 38‑hour week across four days, with both day and night shift options.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and stock fibre‑glass production lines to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Operate hand and power tools, including hand‑held grinders, for cutting and finishing tasks.
• Perform measurement, pressure testing, coupling, and basic fabrication duties.
• Apply spray‑paint markings and conduct quality‑control checks on all pipes.
• Assist with forklift operations as needed and support other stations during training.

Required profile

• Australian citizen or permanent resident with a clean criminal record.
• Willingness to pass a pre‑employment urine drug test.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Background in manufacturing, fabrication or production labour.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime.
• Attention to detail, strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
