Production Coordinator

About the role

Glitch Productions is seeking a detail‑oriented Production Coordinator to support the Line Producer and artists across both production and post‑production. The role ensures smooth operation of the animation pipeline, helping to identify bottlenecks and keep schedules on track.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily setup and operation of animation production and post‑production processes, including lighting, rendering, and compositing.
• Support planning, tracking, and schedule maintenance for all production and post‑production departments.
• Coordinate transfer, setup, and organization of assets and files from layout through compositing.
• Break down episode animatics into actionable task lists for animation, lighting, Unreal Engine, and compositing teams.
• Track department progress, ensuring deliverables meet scheduled targets.
• Assist the Lead Generalist with scene assembly in Unreal Engine and layout preparation using Maya tools.
• Create shot‑by‑shot edits of animatics, log voice‑over takes, and aid post‑production editing and render scheduling.
• Maintain accurate data in production management software, take meeting notes, and generate actionable tasks.
