Production Coordinator – Hybrid (Bondi Junction)

About the role

The Production Coordinator will oversee the end‑to‑end creation of promotional products for All Branded Group. Based in Bondi Junction with hybrid flexibility, you will ensure each project moves from order confirmation to delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production timelines and coordinate multiple orders simultaneously.
• Liaise with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners to track progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update internal order‑management systems.
• Support logistics planning, warehousing, and dispatch to meet client expectations.
• Provide regular status updates to account managers and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Assist with new product launches and special promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong production planning and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and problem‑solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Relevant vocational training or a diploma/degree in business, supply chain, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
