Production Coordinator for VFX Studio

About the role
The Production Coordinator will keep VFX show operations organised and efficient, handling scheduling, communication and coordination for artist disciplines. Reporting to the VFX Producer and Production Manager, you will act as a central hub of information.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with discipline supervisors to schedule work aligned with show targets and client reviews.
- Maintain daily and weekly processes to communicate assignments and priorities to artists and the broader team.
- Track and manage work in ShotGrid, ensuring data visibility for the whole production.
- Conduct regular artist check‑ins, monitor progress and proactively flag issues.
- Organise discipline turnovers, client deliveries, dailies and shot reviews, capturing feedback in tracking systems.
Required profile
- 2–3+ years experience in VFX or feature animation production.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Proactive attitude, identifying workflow bottlenecks and anticipating risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Art, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
Required skills
- Experience with ShotGrid or similar production tracking tools.
- Technical literacy across Linux, Windows and Mac environments.
