Production Attendant

About the role

McLean Farms is looking for reliable, motivated Production Attendants to join its Pittsworth operations. This full‑time position works on a rotating 7‑day fortnight roster, including every second weekend, with shifts between 5:30 am and 5:00 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑operational checks and set up equipment to meet production schedules.
• Grade eggs according to established procedures.
• Replenish packaging supplies and prepare, label, or stack finished boxes.
• Follow all work instructions, food‑safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in other areas of the grading facility as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food‑industry production is preferred.
• Technical and problem‑solving attitude toward food manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work safely, as part of a team, in a shift‑work environment.
