About the role
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Water Infrastructure is a trusted technical partner for Autodesk’s enterprise customers, helping them adopt products, resolve support issues, and achieve business value.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer technical stakeholders, understanding their workflows and support needs.
- Monitor support cases, trends and escalation risks, coordinating with Technical Support, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist Customer Success Managers in account planning, business reviews, and delivery of success activities, keeping account notes and insights up‑to‑date.
- Lead TAM‑ or TAS‑driven activities such as case reviews, coaching sessions, support process integration, and user insights.
Required profile
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in water infrastructure, hydraulic or asset performance modelling, preferably in a customer‑facing or consulting role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Required skills
- Hydraulic modelling and asset performance modelling.
- Experience with Esri GIS.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Water Infrastructure products such as InfoWater Pro, InfoWorks WS Pro, or InfoWorks ICM.
