Product Support Engineer

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking Product Support Engineers to join the Dive-XL team, providing engineering support for Extra Large Autonomous Undersea Vehicles. The role involves on‑call support, root‑cause investigations, and driving reliability improvements across the fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑call engineering support to field teams, including out‑of‑hours rotations.
• Analyze logs, telemetry and maintenance history to identify issues and define workarounds.
• Lead root‑cause investigations and chair Material Review Board dispositions.
• Translate fleet data into engineering recommendations and drive changes through design teams.
• Develop monitoring, alerting and diagnostic tooling, and maintain run‑books and knowledge bases.
• Author service bulletins, manage configuration and SBOM, and ensure fleet‑wide change incorporation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in software, electrical, mechanical, mechatronic or systems engineering on complex systems.
• Proven ability to independently root‑cause ambiguous faults from limited data.
• Hands‑on experience with real hardware in operational, test or maintenance environments.
• Strong engineering judgement under time pressure and excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Experience with configuration management and engineering change processes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a NV2 Security Clearance.
