Product Sales Specialist – Core Consumer (Instalments) Manager

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Sales Specialist for its Core Consumer Instalments portfolio. Based in Sydney, you will lead the execution, adoption, and optimisation of instalment payment solutions across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands, working closely with the Core Consumer Portfolio leader, Customer Solution Centre and global product partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design and deliver new instalment products and enhancements based on market trends and customer needs.
• Manage the full product development lifecycle from concept to launch following Mastercard’s NPD/GTM processes.
• Define compelling product value propositions and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with internal development, client‑facing teams, third‑party partners and joint‑venture stakeholders to bring products to market.
• Engage directly with clients, present solutions, gather feedback and ensure alignment with business needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a customer‑facing role within financial services.
• Strong interest and passion for payments, BNPL, instalments, loyalty, card issuing and e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to present to senior stakeholders and influence decision‑making.
• Good understanding of industry trends, competitive offerings and emerging payment technologies.
