Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Zeller is seeking a hands‑on, growth‑focused Product Marketing Manager to drive trial, adoption and utilisation of its payments, POS and financial services products across Australia and the UK. You will craft compelling positioning, run promotional campaigns and work closely with product, sales and design teams to maximise merchant stickiness and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product positioning, messaging and value propositions for all Zeller products.
• Own go‑to‑market planning and launch marketing for major product and feature releases.
• Partner with CRM, SEO, PR, content, paid and social teams to build acquisition, lifecycle and cross‑sell campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to analyse product data and identify upsell opportunities.
• Gather merchant insights through surveys and calls to highlight product benefits.
• Track adoption performance, run continuous tests and optimise for growth.

Required profile

• 3+ years in product marketing or GTM roles at a multi‑product SaaS company.
• Hands‑on experience working with Product Managers and Marketing Managers on launches.
• Growth mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs and driving adoption through offers or incentives.
• Strong collaboration, influencing and cross‑functional teamwork skills.
