Product Manager – Cardiac Portfolio

About the role

Medline is seeking a commercially‑minded Product Manager to lead the strategic management of its Cardiac and Interventional portfolio across ANZ. The role combines strategic thinking, clinical understanding and commercial acumen to grow a portfolio of Cath Lab consumables, procedure packs and related solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio strategies that drive sustainable sales growth and profitability.
• Identify market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform business decisions.
• Execute new product introductions, launches and marketing campaigns.
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including portfolio optimisation and SKU rationalisation.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, distributors and industry stakeholders.
• Deliver product education, clinical training and support programs for internal and external customers.
• Partner with sales teams to provide product, pricing and market insights.
• Drive cost‑reduction and operational improvement initiatives across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Associate Product Manager or Product Manager.
• Demonstrated experience within the cardiac medical device, cardiac consumables, procedure pack or cath lab environment.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle, including launches, optimisation and discontinuations.
• Strong market analysis and competitor intelligence skills, with ability to translate insights into commercial action.
• Experience developing product positioning, value propositions and customer‑facing marketing materials.
