Product Manager – Acute Care

Take the next step in your marketing career leading solutions that improve safety and efficiency in hospitals. As Product Manager – Acute Care you will own the strategic direction and commercial success of an Acute Care portfolio across ANZ.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, growth and performance of Stryker’s Acute Care portfolio across ANZ.
• Shape and execute go‑to‑market plans, product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Translate customer, market and competitive insights into actionable strategies.
• Partner with sales, clinical and regional stakeholders to deliver value‑based solutions.
• Build and deploy commercial programmes, educational initiatives and customer engagement activities.
• Manage portfolio investments and collaborate with global and regional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Health Sciences or related field.
• Experience in product management, marketing or commercial roles with a track record of driving business results.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Preferred experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or other regulated industries.
• Experience managing a product portfolio, leading launches or supporting lifecycle management.
