Procurement Specialist – Procurement and Supply

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will join the Procurement and Supply team at Canberra Health Services on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract covering maternity leave. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver timely procurement outcomes and support a wide range of clients across the hospital.

Key responsibilities

• Provide procurement support services, including advice, processes and templates for both face‑to‑face and electronic activities.
• Assist in developing procurement and contract documentation under senior guidance.
• Prepare procurement records such as minutes, RFQs/Tenders, risk plans and reports.
• Coordinate procurement and contract reporting in line with CHS and ACT Government requirements.
• Maintain CHS and whole‑of‑government registers by gathering data from multiple sources.
