Procurement Specialist (3PL & Logistics Sourcing)

About the role

An experienced Procurement Specialist is needed to lead strategic sourcing and commercial activities for third‑party logistics (3PL) warehousing and fulfilment services. The role will manage end‑to‑end tender processes, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with operations, finance and legal teams for a leading supply‑chain organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead RFI, RFP and RFQ processes, evaluate suppliers and build sourcing project plans.
• Conduct commercial modelling, landed‑cost analysis and develop business cases for senior stakeholders.
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements and KPI frameworks with 3PL providers and partner with Legal to finalise contracts.
• Manage supplier engagement, site visits, onboarding and performance governance.
• Maintain RFx documentation, ensure compliance with procurement governance and provide market intelligence.

Required profile

• Proven procurement and strategic sourcing experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing or 3PL categories.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competitive tender processes and commercial negotiations.
• Strong stakeholder management across operations, finance and legal functions.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
