About the role

Join Ayers Rock Resort as a Procurement Administrator, supporting the hotel’s purchasing function and ensuring accurate financial transactions across all store departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process invoices for all store departments within Hotel Operations.
• Reconcile vendor statements and highlight any discrepancies to the Procurement Manager.
• Monitor and coordinate purchase orders with suppliers, tracking deliveries.
• Communicate order delays or changes to relevant resort teams.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven teamwork abilities within a resort environment.
• Business acumen and experience in materials control or purchasing is highly regarded.
