About the role
A salad factory in Morningside is looking for a process worker to join its Monday-to-Saturday roster. The work involves fresh salad products in a chilled, fast-paced environment, with shifts starting between 5am and 9am for dayshift and 1pm and 4pm for afternoon shift, depending on production needs.
Key responsibilities
- Sort, pack, mix and prepare salad ingredients
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene procedures
- Support production targets and work efficiently as part of a team
- Lift and handle 20-25kg+
Required profile
- Unlimited working rights; Australian citizens, permanent residents and working holiday visa holders are welcome
- Car and valid driver's licence (no learners)
- Ability to work with salad and fresh produce
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting
- Available Monday to Saturday, reliable and punctual

- Dayshift pay of $32.18 per hour; afternoon shift pay of $37.00 per hour (pending start and finish time)
