Financial Analyst

About the role

DBG Health is seeking a commercially‑minded FP&A Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analytics team at Arrotex Pharmaceuticals. You will provide financial analysis, forecasting and business insights that support strategic decision‑making and drive performance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling to inform business decisions.
• Maintain profitability tracking, analyse financial and operational performance, and identify risks, opportunities and key drivers.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate commercial needs into actionable financial insights and recommendations.
• Develop and improve reporting processes, analytical tools and automation initiatives.
• Document financial procedures, controls and support ad‑hoc projects and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, management accounting or a similar analytical finance role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI and ERP systems is highly regarded.
• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
