Print Partner Operations Manager

About the role

Canva is looking for a Print Partner Operations Manager to lead its print partner network across APAC. The role will own a portfolio of suppliers, drive performance, and ensure smooth product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of print partners and suppliers across APAC, driving performance, accountability, and growth.
• Lead partner readiness for new product launches and ensure scalable, smooth roll‑outs.
• Onboard new products, partners, and capabilities, setting them up for long‑term success.
• Identify and execute improvements to operational processes, partner performance, and network scalability.
• Build strong relationships with external partners and act as the primary point of contact for operational escalations.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, CX, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to deliver business outcomes.
• Monitor operational performance, spot risks early, and drive clear resolution plans.
• Contribute to regional planning and strategic initiatives to grow Canva Print with quality and reliability.
• Lead projects from concept through execution, providing structure, momentum, and clarity.

Required profile

• Experience in marketplace operations, partner or supplier management, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proven track record of owning a portfolio, program, or operational function with high autonomy.
• Strong background managing external partners, suppliers, merchants, or fulfilment providers.
• Demonstrated ability to scale a partner or supplier network across multiple markets.
• Confidence in driving initiatives independently and influencing outcomes across stakeholders.
• Commercial judgement that connects operational decisions to customer, partner, and business impact.
• Clear communicator capable of building trusted relationships internally and externally.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
