Print Assistant – 3‑day week production role

About the role

Join the Production team at Multi-Color Corporation and enjoy a unique 3‑day, 36‑hour work week. You will work 12‑hour shifts (day 6 am‑6 pm or night 6 pm‑6 am on a two‑week rotation) and benefit from four days off each week while contributing to the creation of high‑quality labels for global FMCG, pharmaceutical and consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with sorting, packaging, labeling and manual handling of label products.
• Operate the TXR finishing machine safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished labels for colour accuracy and defects, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions to keep the production line running smoothly.
• Identify and resolve minor issues on the line, learning new skills as needed.

Required profile

• Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
• Ability to distinguish all colours accurately (essential for label inspection).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and a proactive learning attitude.
• Reliable transport and full Australian working rights.
