Key responsibilities

• Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.
• Uphold the principalship as a values‑based, ethical and moral activity, embedding socially just practices in daily school life.
• Set high standards for student and staff performance and oversee sustainable school improvement cycles.
• Provide strategic and instructional leadership to align intended, planned and enacted curriculum across leadership layers.
• Build staff capability in line with ongoing curriculum reform and enhanced leadership practices.

Required profile

• Strong strategic and instructional leadership experience, preferably within secondary education.
• Demonstrated ability to manage curriculum alignment and lead continuous improvement.
• Commitment to values‑based, ethical leadership and socially just practices.
• Experience guiding a school through growth and changing enrolment trends.
