Key responsibilities

• Create a nurturing, learner‑centred environment aligned with the Australian Curriculum and Catholic teaching.
• Develop, deliver and evaluate quality curriculum programs and assess student progress.
• Collaborate with the leadership team and staff to foster a positive school culture.
• Engage in professional learning to improve student outcomes.
• Provide pastoral care that supports students’ spiritual and moral development.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
• Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
• Commitment to collaborative engagement with colleagues, students and families.

Required skills

• Ability to design and deliver curriculum in line with Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
• Experience creating supportive, learner‑focused classrooms.
