Pricing & Revenue Analyst

About the role

Join Eureka Villages as a Pricing & Revenue Analyst to own dynamic pricing and revenue optimisation across a growing national portfolio of parks and villages. You will turn market, occupancy and guest data into commercial insights that influence pricing and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own dynamic pricing across the portfolio, including rate rule configuration, RMS Cloud integration and monitoring pricing recommendations against commercial strategy.
• Analyse revenue and portfolio performance by combining occupancy, ADR, enquiries, conversion, seasonal demand and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop dashboards, benchmarking and recommendations to support pricing decisions, budgeting, forecasting and leadership decision‑making.
• Coordinate sales and marketing promotions, aligning campaigns with pricing strategy and occupancy position.
• Monitor NPS, Guest Review Index and competitor intelligence to link customer experience with commercial performance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in revenue management, pricing or commercial analysis, preferably in tourism, hospitality or multi‑site bookings.
• Strong analytical and numerical capability with advanced Excel modelling, pivot tables and trend analysis.
• Experience with dynamic pricing and revenue management systems such as RoomPriceGenie or RMS Cloud.
• Commercial judgement and communication skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration) or equivalent industry experience.
