Pre‑Site Manager

About the role

Metricon Homes is seeking a Pre‑Site Manager to join its Greenfields Customer Support team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers during the pre‑construction phase, guiding them through design, estimating and permitting processes and ensuring a smooth transition to the build team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for customers throughout the pre‑site stage, managing expectations and providing status updates.
• Coordinate with drafting, estimating, studio and external suppliers to handle client variations and ensure accurate project data.
• Maintain high‑quality records of customer project details and compile reports as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, building and sustaining strong relationships.
• Support the Customer Support Manager with general administrative and team tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in a project‑management or customer‑focused role, preferably within residential construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer portfolios and meet performance deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport with customers and stakeholders.
• Highly organised, able to multitask and handle a variety of activities.
• Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning.

Required skills

• Understanding of residential contracts and plans (advantageous).
