PR Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organised and proactive PR Coordinator to join our marketing team. Reporting to the PR & Partnerships Manager, you will support the execution of Go‑To’s PR, influencer and partnership strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate influencer gifting and product‑seeding programmes, including creator outreach, mail‑outs, tracking and reporting.
• Support influencer campaigns by managing briefs, contracts, timelines, content approvals and reporting.
• Assist media relations by helping with pitch preparation, product send‑outs, enquiry handling and media list maintenance.
• Help organise product launches, events, partnerships and brand activations, ensuring timelines, logistics and assets are delivered.
• Research new creators, media opportunities and industry trends, sharing recommendations with the marketing team.
• Maintain accurate campaign reporting, influencer databases, budgets, invoices and PR documentation.
• Collaborate across Brand, Creative, Digital and Community teams to support integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, communications or brand marketing.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Confidence building relationships with creators, media, agencies and external partners.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership while learning from experienced marketers.
• Interest in social media, PR, influencer marketing and the beauty industry.
• Curious, detail‑oriented and eager to contribute fresh ideas.
