Plant Operator & Forklift Operator – Permanent Afternoon Shift

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Plant Operator/Forklift Operator to join our Milperra site on a permanent afternoon shift. The role offers consistent hours, later start times, and regular overtime opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a forklift and skid steer to load, move, and stockpile material and manage bins around the plant.
• Run and monitor granulation and fixed‑plant equipment.
• Monitor product quality and make basic adjustments as required.
• Perform general cleaning, labouring, and housekeeping tasks.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and site procedures.

Required profile

• Forklift licence (or willingness to be trained).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Eagerness to learn new skills on the job.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (licence preferred).
• Skid steer operation.
• Granulation equipment monitoring.
