About the role
ACCIONA is seeking a Plant Operations Supervisor to manage plant activities on the Australian Naval Infrastructure (ANI) project in Osborne, Adelaide. This hands‑on role combines plant management with supervision of civil and structural works on a Defence programme.
Key responsibilities
- Manage plant operations and optimise the use of plant, people and materials.
- Supervise civil and structural works to meet program, specification and cost targets.
- Oversee subcontractors and site crews across all construction phases.
- Verify progress and quality of work throughout each project phase.
- Plan and sequence construction phases with the project team.
- Manage contract requirements, permits and licences for plant and works.
Required profile
- Proven plant management experience on construction projects.
- COR experience and Australian citizenship eligible for Baseline Security Clearance.
- Experience supervising civil works and structures.
- Ability to step in across the supervision team as needed.
