About the role
Eptec is seeking a Paint & Blast Supervisor to lead its Defence team in Osborne, South Australia. The role focuses on safely delivering high‑quality blasting, painting and remediation projects while mentoring a field‑based workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage workers to ensure safe, efficient completion of works.
- Submit and maintain all site records and ensure subcontractors meet project requirements.
- Oversee project execution in line with plans, procedures and quality standards.
- Participate in task planning, risk analysis, regular audits and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Proven experience supervising teams.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Australian citizenship due to security clearance requirements.
Required skills
- NACE 2 certification (highly desirable).
- Technical knowledge of coatings, surface preparation and hazardous substance management.
- Experience with asset remediation, blasting, painting and concrete rehabilitation.
- Familiarity with quality systems, ITPs and QA/QC liaison.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
