About the role
Join Australia’s leading sustainable materials supplier as an all‑rounder on our Laverton Asphalt Plant team. No prior experience is required – we will provide full training on plant operation and related machinery.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain an Amann Asphalt Plant.
- Receive training on additional machinery and obtain the necessary tickets and permits.
Required profile
- Enjoy problem solving.
- Hold a forklift and/or wheel loader ticket.
- Quickly learn new computer systems.
- Experience working with SWMS.
- Previous large fixed‑plant operation experience is a plus but not mandatory.

What we offer
- Starting rate between $30.61 – $36.13 per hour (AUD) based on qualifications.
- Daily allowance of $23.50.
- Day, night and weekend shifts with overtime opportunities.
