About the role
ACCIONA is seeking a Pipe Fitter to join the Alkimos Desalination Plant project in Western Australia. You will install, assemble and maintain piping systems across the site, supporting a flagship infrastructure project with long‑term stability.
Key responsibilities
- Install, align and secure pipework for seawater intake, desalination plant, pump stations and groundwater infrastructure.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and isometric schematics to fit valves, fittings and pipe sections.
- Collaborate with welders, boilermakers and other trades to keep the project on schedule.
Required profile
- Trade qualification as a Pipe Fitter, Mechanical Pipe Fitter or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- Strong safety‑first attitude and ability to work on large‑scale water treatment or industrial projects.
Required skills
- Pipe installation and alignment.
- Installation of valves and fittings.
- Reading technical drawings and isometric schematics.
