Physiotherapy Graduate Program 2027

About the role

Join Better Rehab’s Graduate Program as a Physiotherapist and work with NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across community settings. You will deliver functional, participant‑led therapy in homes, day centres, parks and clinics while receiving strong mentorship and support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and design practical therapy plans for neurological and spinal conditions.
• Deliver therapy across a varied caseload, including multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, motor neuron disease and spinal cord injuries.
• Build long‑term relationships with participants and track progress over time.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Required profile

• Physiotherapy qualification, graduating in 2026 or January 2027.
• Passion for supporting people with disability and willingness to work in community settings.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check.
