Phone-Based Sales Development Representative (Inside/Outbound)

About the role

Viatek is looking for an enthusiastic Phone‑Based Sales Development Representative to join its Inside Sales team. You will focus on outbound calling, lead generation and appointment setting to create new business opportunities for our technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns and warm leads.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
• Support the sales team through ongoing phone‑based engagement.

Required profile

• Experience in outbound calling, call centre, or phone‑based sales.
• Experience in lead generation or appointment setting (highly regarded).
• Confident communicator who enjoys talking to customers.
• Resilient and motivated in a target‑driven environment.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Strong phone presence, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and interest in professional development.
• Ability to explain technical products and services in simple terms.
• Desire to be part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with printer solutions, managed services or cloud technologies is advantageous.
