Pharmacy Supply Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dependable Pharmacy Supply Officer to join the Pharmacy team at Sydney Adventist Hospital. In this full‑time permanent position you will help ensure that medications, fluids and pharmacy stock are supplied accurately and on time across all hospital wards, supporting high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ordering, receipt, distribution and replenishment of medications, fluids and pharmacy stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory through regular stocktakes, audits, expiry checks and shelf‑label maintenance.
• Work closely with pharmacists, nursing and allied health teams to resolve stock issues and handle urgent requests.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a safe, collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail in medication scanning, ordering and handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional approach.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
