Pharmacy Internship – Registered Pharmacist Pathway

About the role

Join Chemist Warehouse’s internship program in Buderim and start your professional pharmacy career with Australia’s largest retail pharmacy group. This role provides hands‑on experience in a busy community pharmacy, supporting you to become a registered pharmacist.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with prescription intake, processing and dispensing.
• Counsel customers about medication usage and safety.
• Order, receive and unpack dispensary stock.
• Perform general dispensary administration tasks.

Required profile

• Completed a Bachelor degree or Masters in Pharmacy.
• Ability to commence the pre‑registrant year immediately.
• Retail pharmacy experience advantageous (2‑3 years beneficial).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dedicated work ethic and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the business.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Successful completion of a National Criminal History Check.
