Pharmacy Health Representative - QLD North Brisbane

About the role

Pfizer is looking for a Pharmacy Health Representative for North Brisbane who will execute the sales strategy for Pharmacy Strategic Accounts. The representative makes sure each store understands and carries out the plans agreed at Head Office, meets the metric targets set by the Group and builds strong relationships with the pharmacies.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives by reaching the call rate, coverage and frequency targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with pharmacy owners, pharmacists, pharmacy assistants and buyers
• Report on store performance against the Strategic Plan, updating reports monthly and reviewing them quarterly with the Commercial Customer Manager and Key Account Manager
• Implement programmed sales activities and promote Pfizer products in line with brand strategy
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM, provide in-store product information and give pharmacy training as required
• Provide merchandising for assigned pharmacies when needed, manage personal expenses within guidelines and take part in state and national team communication
• Take part in Pharmacy IAT meetings, territory presentations and state meeting cycles

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Science or similar highly regarded
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in retail pharmacy or as a pharmacist, with a good understanding of the pharmacy sales process
• Current driver's licence is essential; some weekend or evening work and interstate travel are required
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to analyse data and draw conclusions

• Competent computer skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
