Pharmacy Assistant - Part-Time

About the role

TerryWhite Chemmart Blackwood, a community-focused pharmacy inside the Woolworths Shopping Centre, is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Assistant. The role is up to 30 hours per week across Monday to Thursday and Saturday, with no late nights and no public holiday shifts. You will be one of the first points of contact for customers and help deliver a welcoming, professional pharmacy experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support retail sales.
• Assist customers with over-the-counter medicines where appropriate.
• Maintain a high standard of merchandising and store presentation.
• Support day-to-day pharmacy operations, including housekeeping and stock awareness.
• Use pharmacy systems and computers confidently.
• Manage multiple tasks in a busy and varied environment.
• Communicate well with customers and filter enquiries appropriately.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of community pharmacy experience.
• Eagerness to learn and develop your skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-focused mindset.
• Enjoys helping customers and supporting colleagues.
• Right to live and work in Australia.
