Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy (Shepparton North)

About the role

Join Australia’s largest retail pharmacy group as a Pharmacist in Shepparton North. You will deliver comprehensive patient care while supporting a high‑energy, customer‑focused team in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store, dispensary and team operations to meet pharmacy standards.
• Provide professional patient counselling and complete care solutions.
• Accurately dispense prescriptions using MyScripts software.
• Supervise interns, student pharmacists and dispensary assistants.
• Oversee inventory management, order processing and stock control.
• Support and develop new business strategies.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dedicated work ethic and a collaborative team mindset.
• Minimum one year of experience in a pharmacy or retail setting, preferably high‑volume.
• Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MyScripts dispensing software.
