About the role

The Pharmacist Manager will lead the daily operations of a TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacy, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality pharmaceutical services to the community. This full‑time position combines clinical expertise with strong leadership to drive both patient care and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all pharmacy activities, including dispensing, patient counseling, and health‑service programs.
• Manage and develop pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Maintain compliance with all professional, legislative, and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve financial and operational targets through effective inventory control and cost management.
• Implement strategic initiatives to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and pharmacy growth.
• Work closely with the Retail Manager to align pharmacy operations with overall store objectives.

Required profile

• Registered pharmacist with a valid Australian pharmacy licence.
• Proven experience in pharmacy management or supervisory roles.
