Pharmacist - Community Pharmacy Network, Cairns

About the role

TerryWhite Chemmart is seeking an experienced and adaptable Pharmacist to join its network in Far North Queensland, supporting pharmacies in Woree, North Cairns, Edmonton and Atherton. The role is 38 hours per week for a minimum of six months, with the possibility of a longer-term position, and involves weekend work and travel. It suits someone who wants variety, flexibility and the chance to build a career in Tropical North Queensland.

Key responsibilities

• Accurate dispensing and providing expert health advice to patients
• Ensuring the safe and effective use of medications
• Participating in Care Clinic services
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes
• Contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency in the pharmacy

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
• Community pharmacy experience preferred
• Vaccination training and Minfos experience
• Right to live and work in Australia
