Pharmacist – 1 day/week at Robertson Health Centre

About the role

This part‑time pharmacist position supports safe and effective medication management for Defence members at Robertson Health Centre, located on Robertson Barracks near Darwin.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe and accurate dispensing services in line with clinical standards.
• Manage medication inventory and support efficient pharmacy operations.
• Promote safe and effective use of medications for patients and clinicians.
• Provide technical advice and support to health practitioners.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, Defence policies, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
• Minimum 2 years post‑internship experience in hospital, community or defence pharmacy.
• Current CPR certification (HLTAID009) and commitment to ongoing CPD.
• Australian citizenship to obtain required security clearance.

Required skills

• Medication safety and dispensing expertise.
• Inventory management for pharmacy stock.
