About the role
Randstad is recruiting reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operators for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Broadmeadows, Victoria. The positions are open because of increased demand, covering visual inspection, packing and machine operation. The shift runs Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 10:51pm.
Key responsibilities
- Perform manual visual inspections of pharmaceutical syringes to identify defects.
- Complete product reconciliation and line clearance procedures.
- Load syringes into packaging machinery and monitor machine operations.
- Carry out packing duties while following strict quality, hygiene and safety procedures.
Required profile
- High school qualification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
