About the role

Join Ultimate Performance’s Sydney team as a Personal Trainer in Surrey Hills. You will work within the proprietary UP Method, a data‑driven, science‑based training system designed to deliver measurable client transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one and small‑group personal training sessions using the UP Method.
• Assess client fitness levels, set goals, and create tailored training programmes.
• Monitor progress through data and adjust programmes to ensure continuous improvement.
• Provide nutrition guidance aligned with the UP approach.
• Participate in ongoing onboarding, mentoring and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Australia (citizenship or residency).
• Certificate IV in Personal Training or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong passion for helping clients achieve measurable results.
• Growth mindset and commitment to personal and professional development.
