Join Ultimate Performance’s elite team in Surrey Hills and deliver science‑backed personal training using the proprietary UP Method. You will work directly with clients seeking measurable transformation and become a trusted partner in their fitness journey.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one personal training sessions that follow the UP Method and produce quantifiable results.
• Design and adjust individualized training programs based on client data, goals, and progress.
• Provide nutrition guidance and lifestyle coaching that aligns with the UP holistic approach.
• Maintain accurate client records, track performance metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of training protocols.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Australia (citizenship or residency).
• Certificate IV in Personal Training or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong passion for helping people achieve lasting health and fitness outcomes.
• Growth mindset, high work ethic, and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Required skills
