Personal Trainer (Qualified & Non‑Qualified) – Virginia

About the role

Fitness Cartel is looking for enthusiastic Personal Trainers to join our growing network of clubs. Whether you already hold a fitness qualification or are ready to start your certification, you will work with members one‑on‑one and in small groups to help them achieve real results.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised training sessions to individual members and small groups.
• Use provided business tools, spreadsheets and trackers to manage client progress and grow your personal training business.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and create customised training journeys.
• Contribute to a positive club culture alongside a passionate team.
• Continuously develop your knowledge through mentorship, education and career pathways.

Required profile

• Qualified Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV in Fitness) or a willingness to start certification.
• Passionate about fitness, health and helping people reach their goals.
• Self‑motivated, organised and driven to build a long‑term career in the industry.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence.

Required skills

• Ability to design and deliver effective fitness programmes.
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and client‑tracking tools.
