Personal Trainer – Qualified & Non‑Qualified

About the role

Fitness Cartel is looking for enthusiastic Personal Trainers to join our growing network of clubs. You will work directly with members, delivering one‑on‑one and small‑group sessions that drive real fitness results while building your own client base.

Key responsibilities

• Coach members individually and in small groups, tailoring programmes to achieve their goals.
• Utilise provided business tools, spreadsheets and trackers to manage client progress and grow revenue.
• Develop strong, lasting client relationships and design personalised training journeys.
• Contribute to a positive club culture alongside a passionate team.
• Continuously improve your expertise through mentorship, education and career pathways.

Required profile

• Qualified Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV in Fitness) or willing to start certification.
• Passionate about fitness, health and helping people succeed.
• Self‑starter motivated to build and expand a personal training business.
• Excellent communicator who quickly builds trust with clients.
• Organised, professional and committed to a long‑term career in fitness.
