About the role

Fitness Cartel is opening its first club in Toowoomba and is seeking enthusiastic Personal Trainers to build a thriving PT business from day one. You will work in a modern facility, coaching members one‑on‑one and in small groups while developing your own client base.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised training sessions and small‑group classes.
• Create customised workout programmes that achieve measurable results.
• Build and grow your own PT business within the club.
• Develop strong, trusted relationships with members and the club community.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development.

Required profile

• Qualified Personal Trainer with Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness.
• Passionate about helping clients reach their goals.
• Motivated, driven and ready to establish a successful PT business.
• Excellent communicator who builds genuine relationships.
• Positive, energetic and aligned with Fitness Cartel’s culture.
