About the role

Exclusive Personal Training Subiaco is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Personal Trainer to design and deliver individualized and small‑group training sessions for a diverse client base. You will work in a premium studio equipped with Eleiko, Atlantis Strength, and Watson Strength equipment, focusing on results‑by‑design.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client fitness levels and create customized training programs, including 1‑on‑1 and 2‑on‑1 sessions.
• Provide instruction on proper exercise technique, monitor progress, and adjust programs as needed.
• Offer practical nutrition guidance within your scope of practice.
• Maintain a safe, clean training environment and support the use of high‑quality strength equipment.
• Collaborate with the studio team to foster a positive, inclusive culture and engage clients in long‑term plans.

Required profile

• Recognised fitness qualification (Certificate III/IV in Fitness or equivalent) and current CPR/first‑aid certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate a diverse client base.
• Professionalism, reliability, and excellent time‑management.

Required skills

• Circuit training expertise.
• Strength‑focused programming experience.
• Familiarity with commercial‑grade equipment such as Eleiko, Atlantis Strength, and Watson Strength.
• Basic nutrition knowledge applicable to fitness and performance.
