Ultimate Performance is seeking ambitious Personal Trainers to join its Sydney studio. This full‑time, 30‑hour‑per‑week position provides you with pre‑assigned clients, eliminating the need for sales or lead generation, and offers a structured education pathway.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based training programmes and personalised nutrition coaching.
• Maintain relentless client accountability and precision coaching to achieve measurable results.
• Utilise the company’s cutting‑edge coaching technology and systems.
• Participate in 200 hours of education and mentorship during the first year.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Fitness/Personal Training (or equivalent).
• Full Australian working rights (citizen, permanent resident or unrestricted visa).
• Availability for early mornings and evenings, especially during the first year.
• Strong work ethic and growth mindset.
