Personal Trainer – Flexible Schedule

About the role

Join Jetts Baldivis as a Personal Trainer and take full ownership of your schedule, services and income. You will work in a newly renovated 24/7 gym, building and retaining a client base while delivering high‑quality fitness coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a personal training client base through proactive member engagement.
• Design customised workout programmes and provide technique coaching.
• Motivate members to achieve their fitness goals and ensure a safe training environment.
• Assist at the service desk on a regular paid basis when required.
• Promote the club and personal services via social media and on‑site interactions.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Fitness (or higher) with current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Strong personal training and fitness instruction experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑focused, inclusive coaching style.
• Reliable, professional presentation and a commitment to member safety.
