Ultimate Performance is seeking passionate Personal Trainers to join its Sydney team in Parramatta. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses exclusively on delivering elite, science‑backed training to clients, with no sales quotas or lead chasing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver world‑class personal training sessions using the U.P. Method.
• Mentor and motivate clients throughout their transformation journey.
• Maintain precise training records and track measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with the U.P. team to ensure consistent, evidence‑based program delivery.

Required profile

• Current Cert IV qualification in Personal Training or an equivalent credential.
• Australian work rights (citizenship or permanent residency).
• Strong work ethic, growth mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
