About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Personal Care Worker in Camden to deliver engaging, fun and varied activities so residents have their best day every day. The role combines personal care and emotional support with activities that help residents stay connected socially and feel valued, safe and motivated.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, fun and varied activities that keep residents motivated and happy
• Provide personal care and emotional support so residents feel valued and safe
• Help residents maintain strong social connections within the home
• Learn each resident's personal interests and find activities that suit them

Required profile

• Passion for aged care and for enriching the lives of older Australians
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Team player with a warm, welcoming approach and a collaborative spirit
• Passion for building genuine relationships with residents
